@HM_Passport@sarahsunshine99 Doesn’t help what so ever! If you get a response it’s generic and unhelpful such as ‘application is in process and we apologise for any inconvenience’ - why bother even pretending that there is any customer service available - there isn’t
@HM_Passport@SherylStanton1 The service is appalling and not fit for purpose. We missed our dream family holiday and the kids are so upset. All money gone - you now say 10 weeks to get a passport but that wasn’t the message 5 weeks ago when we applied - still waiting on children’s renewal passports

@KasiaStubbs@HM_Passport I’ve sent multiple DMs - lucky if you get any response - feels helpless and hopeless. We lost our family holiday - kids devastated
@cheekypoochuk@HM_Passport We didn’t and kids are so upset as are we - still both in process. Not one reply from passport office to revised delivery letters or email enquiries

@HM_Passport@simolewis This isn’t the advice at the point of applying online. The advice is to select fast track if flying within 3 weeks. So to prevent delays on those needing within that time frame we submitted applications - after 4 weeks no passports for our children, holiday cancelled
@akerzdcfc@ajc1903@HM_Passport We ware in the same position - supposed to fly on Tuesday - kids sad too as both their renewal passports didn’t come - wish I had used fast track
@BushraMumtaz21@HM_Passport I’ve had the same experience - we are now going to muss our much needed holiday 😔 we would have fast tracked had we known it would be a 10 week wait 😔
@JPTrickyTree@HM_Passport Same experience - both our kids now looking like they are going to miss their first big overseas holiday and family wedding - when I applied online the advice was it would be 3 weeks - now tweeting saying 10 weeks😔 So disheartened - can’t get through and no one replies to emails
