@HM_Passport @sarahsunshine99 Doesn’t help what so ever! If you get a response it’s generic and unhelpful such as ‘application is in process and we apologise for any inconvenience’ - why bother even pretending that there is any customer service available - there isn’t

@HM_Passport @SherylStanton1 The service is appalling and not fit for purpose. We missed our dream family holiday and the kids are so upset. All money gone - you now say 10 weeks to get a passport but that wasn’t the message 5 weeks ago when we applied - still waiting on children’s renewal passports

@HM_Passport @simolewis This isn’t the advice at the point of applying online. The advice is to select fast track if flying within 3 weeks. So to prevent delays on those needing within that time frame we submitted applications - after 4 weeks no passports for our children, holiday cancelled
