Our work describing the updated Candida auris reference genomes is out! We improved the B8441 (clade Ia) ref. genome from 15 -> 7 contigs (chromosome-level) and annotated the clade Ic genome, which was already assembled to 7 chrs. https://t.co/DibFczpqnj 1st pub of my postdoc 😃

There may be confusion in upcoming pubs about which gene ID is being used. NCBI required us to use the same B9J08 prefix, but we used the flexibility they gave us - changing the number of 0s in the tags.

@alisha_ann94 @_murranduhh @MarisaKabas GoodRx is not a manufacturer's coupon. Pharmacies do not get reimbursed the diff in cost. Most of the time pharmacies lose money to GRx. They lose too much $ and close, Rx will be mostly mail-order and Americans wont get same-day meds. System is broken but don't blame pharmacies.

Gave up in line and went to the hotel. @AlaskaAir reserved us just one night in the hotel room, but put us on a flight to Seattle two days away 🤔 getting sleep, hopefully can resolve further accommodations in the morning

Due to 7+ inches of snow in PDX, @AlaskaAir returned our flight back to Boston. Couldn't divert us to anywhere closer to Oregon or even the west coast
