Liam was last seen on 1/1/24 between 12-1 AM near Fowler Ave in Fresno, CA. He was with another male participant in a treatment program who has dark hair and is approx the same age as Liam. Liam suffers from bipolar disorder and requires medication. He may not be thinking clearly. Possibly on his way to Redding, Ca.
