Maybe for some people there’s a difference, but in my experience, it felt almost the same.

One reason why I choose to stay single these days is because I don’t really see much difference between being in a relationship and being single. Sometimes, it just feels like doing the same things with the same person for a longer period of time.

From my own experience, once the intimacy was over, everything just went back to normal. No sweet moments, no romance, no emotional connection — just silence after that.

So it makes me question what really separates a relationship from something temporary.
