The next chance for rain across central NC will be Saturday through Monday as moisture from the remnants of Hurricane #Delta reaches the area. Total forecast amounts from the WPC are generally about half an inch to an inch, as the heaviest rain should remain to the west. #ncwx

[5PM]: Hurricane #Delta has made quite the change over the past 24hrs. This time yesterday (right image), Delta had wind speeds of 70 mph. Now (left image) those wind speeds have doubled to an astounding 145mph. Delta remnants will bring rainfall to central NC this weekend. #NCwx
