I’m told the mats used to contain the blast weigh roughly 4,000-5,000 lbs each. They lay 6-8 mats over the top, to give some perspective on the force being generated.

The clubhouse renovation is well underway. Here is a quick video edit of a few of the blasts making way for the parking lot expansion near the house/dormitory. Waiting on the frost to come out of the ground and the course to dry out to continue course renovation work.

Well, that was short lived. Though the temps stayed below freezing all day, it appears the sun was to much for the top edge. The ice rink is once again closed.

The ice rink liner has finally arrived and we are filling the rink. Unfortunately this weekends temps don’t look very good for ice. Keep an eye on the club website and more updates here for the status of the ice rink.

We are finally getting a few days without rain to get our snow mold treatments out this week, but the river hasn’t given us an inch. Flood warning continues until Friday evening.
