@AQA @AQAEnglish I'm finally able to access 'Download Results' but the downloaded results in my ERA reports say 'File Not Available' even though I practised successfully with historic downloads yesterday/earlier today. Sort it out!

@AQA Following. One of my files in the status column on ERA is saying 'InProgress', which feels more hopeful. I'm one of the lucky ones! This is so frustrating though.

@AQA You have not made it easy for Heads of departments/teachers with access to navigate Centre Services. I had to come to Twitter to read that results will be available as late as 8am today. Why not write this on your website instead of 'This service is currently not available'?

@AQA My exams officer assures me I have access but Centre Services is still showing 'This service is currently unavailable'. I can now access last year's results under 'Download Results' but the current exam session is not available.... Grrr! Why is this so complicated?
