The Department of Fertilizer has allocated Rs.1,4362.48 crore, which is 8.6% of the total SC budget. This means that a significant portion of the SC budget has been allocated to the Department of Fertiliser. #DABA2024#JaiBhim#CastOutCaste
Unveiling the truth behind budget allocations. The Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change has allocated funds for wildlife habitats and pollution control, but how much of it directly benefits the SC community? Let's demand transparency and justice. #DABA2024#JaiBhim
The Ministry of Mines has allocated Rs.23.46 crore for the Geological Survey of India and Indian Bureau of Mines, but these funds do not directly benefit the SC community. We need to ensure that our budget allocations are equitable and inclusive. #BudgetEquity#DABA2024#JaiBhim
Shedding light on the budget allocations for Dalits and Adivasis. Despite large allocations, only a fraction reaches the intended communities. Let's strive for transparency and equitable distribution.

Why has the budget for the National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation been slashed by Rs.9.99 crore compared to FY 2023-24? This decision impacts the Dalit community. We demand transparency and accountability. ✊🏽🗣️#BudgetCuts#JaiBhim#UnionBudget2024#DABA2024
NCDHR celebrates and congratulates all the SC and ST candidates who have emerged victorious in the Lok Sabha elections 2024! Their representation is a significant step towards a more inclusive and diverse political landscape. #LokSabhaElections#SCSTRepresentation#JaiBhim
Total budget is Rs. 51,08,780, with Rs. 1,65,598 allocated for SCs and Rs. 1,21,023 for STs. The guidelines suggest 16.8% for Dalits and 8.6% for Adivasis, but the actual allocation is 11.5% for SCs and 8.4% for STs. (in Rs Cr)
@DalitRights @sitara1
Only a small portion of the funds allocated to SCs and STs in the Union Budget actually goes directly to these communities. What is being done?!

Historical move by TN govt to enact SCP TSP legislation! This will ensure #Dalit#Adivasi communities access public entitlements & law will ensure no diversion of funds happen!Congratulations to @rnathanva on leading this process & all groups in TN!

Deeply disturbed by Dr. Ritu Singh's plight, an Ambedkarite scholar selling pakodas. This is a stark reminder of the challenges Dalits face despite academic excellence. We stand in solidarity with Dr. Ritu Singh. ✊🏽

Women's Day is a celebration, but for Dalit women, true freedom remains elusive. We're shattering caste & gender barriers, demanding an end to caste-based violence. This year, let's amplify Dalit women's voices. We're here to stay & fight for equality.
