A4: EAL team plans with each team. Collaborative PLC and planning time to work on strategies to support learners. Also always letting the mindset and strategies that MLLs may need to succeed can help many other students succeed like other inclusive practices. #pubpdasia
A3: It is always valuable to have diversity and representation and see yourself in your school. Look for those that view the strengths in multilingualism as agency and capacity can be built but changing values and biases are more difficult. #pubpdasia
A1: Students should see themselves represented in the classroom and their language and identity honored and valued. Some obstacles that could be faced are our own biases and wider deficit beliefs. We also need to be aware of policies and practices that devalue language.#PubPDasia
