@DawsAngeles@MattMahanSJ@grok what is the new law in Ca about double lining gas storage underground tank that will lead to even higher gas prices in California
@JohnPalminteri Many small, independent stations in town will most likely close anyway. @grok Explain the impact of new California double lined gas tank law on small gas stations
Heads up… some of those cars are LEO vehicles. In that case look at idle hours and not just mileage.
The accepted industry standard for this conversion is that one hour of engine idling is equivalent to approximately 30 miles of driving. Most cars have an hour meters now and even an idle hour number although you might need an obd scanner.
Idling hours are considered more harsh than wear from actual mileage.
Epoxy coated rebar….code for CA near water. Meanwhile telephone poles used in the 40’s still there. Copper chromium arsenic was the standard for those poles back in the day which is why most of CA grid is still standing. New poles are “pressure treated” with friendlier chemicals that won’t last 29 years.
@JohnPalminteri Per tax return, $9M of 14M donated went to Europe after they took their cut of $2.4m salaries 130k 4 travel & 130k 4 meetings. After other expenses, nothing left for US homeless. Living large off donations at least. Research ur posts John b4 promoting.

I buy these from Amazon. I’ve probably purchased 8-10 total for rentals, STRs and flips. They look great and work great. The one piece without all the hidden contours on the side makes them easy to clean. As a plus, if you have a small bathroom, they are smaller (back wall to end of toilet ) than a standard toilet even though it has an elongated bowl. Comes with slow close lid.

This you Yimby Action? In 2022 - 1.37M in grants and donations with 55% (720k) going toward salaries? Total expenses $1M…doesn’t leave too much for the homeless it seems.
No one on your staff is homeless it seems thanks to the donations and taxpayer funded grants…especially the CEO Laura Foote who clears 100k/year from this “non-profit”
@hot_town@aaronoleary If you need work done, it’s Italy so it’s difficult. No Lowe’s, lots of permits/restrictions no room on roads for big equipment, lots and lots of masonry, nobody works in August. It’s not imposible by any means. Also they want young people to move there to help repopulate.
