Beyoncé's second look for the Met Gala was designed by Robert Wun, called "The Stargaze Gown," and it was "inspired by the view from a night plane over a coastal city, seeing the Earth as a golden constellation.”
The custom-dress features 318,0000 stitches of embroidery, the highest amount of embroidery the fashion house has ever crafted. Golden faceted Swarovski crystals are meant to recreate stars in a dark night sky. In total, the look required 4,340 hours of handwork.
I saw Beyonce for the third time on June 26th, 2009 for the I Am Tour at Wachovia Center in Philly. We had floor tickets, row 8.
I was a college student at the time, Michael Jackson died the day before and she performed “Can’t Help It” by Michael Jackson and she cried on stage.
The quality is what you’d expect from the iPhone 1 lol
