Once the protests started we were fearful for our safety - the staff and crew completely lost control of the ship. Send pictures of your shit not flushing to the bank! See if @CruiseNorwegian has in their contract "working toilets not required"
Instead talk about the health and safety conditions aboard the ship. We were fearful for our health and safety on this #NCLNightmare. Once sewage started backing up on the ship and public areas smelled like shit, we knew we could get sick.
Don't focus on MISSED PORTS - their contract is ironclad on this. They can decide to not leave port if they want to. The ship is contractually free to take you anywhere or nowhere. @CruiseNorwegian knows this. They can totally fuck your trip and it's in their contract.
If you were on this trip #NCLHELL look into this and send a response. In the mean time - they don’t have our money.
Please dispute your charges for this disaster through your bank.

The bank and VISA are required by law to take this matter under consideration and follow a dispute process.
We may get nothing, but at least we are costing Norwegian time and money! #NCLHELL
DISPUTE:
You will need the date of the charge on your CC and the amount when you call the bank. Then they will send you a letter in the mail to fill out. We logged into our bank online and through a secure message uploaded photos and youtube links to all of the footage #NCLHELL
Just a quick update - Visa has accepted our dispute and the funds we paid for the trip are currently “frozen” which means Norwegian does not have our money it is currently being held by the banks. Norwegian has some time to respond to our dispute and they may win. #NCLHELL

Write a letter to the company and take a photo of it. Contact the company and try to resolve it through them - document every email, phone call, etc. Then contact your credit card company when they totally ignore you and dispute the charges. #NCLHELL

It's pretty sad that they don't even take the time to read the complaints because my email to them was mostly about the bad food, our room being dirty and missing furniture and a giant gap in the balcony door so we couldn't sleep.

I then called in and again ignored. So I came to twitter. Unless you eat out of a dumpster normally, you would have an issue with what they served
