I've been thinking about the AI-powered product lifecycle like an internal combustion engine.
Everyone's focused on making agents faster and running more of them in parallel.
Think about what an engine needs:
Fuel: A backlog of valuable, well-defined work. Without it, agents sit idle.
Oxygen: The context, tools, and coordination to actually execute, especially when running in parallel.
Exhaust: Review, validation, merging, shipping, and measuring. If you can't clear completed work fast enough, everything backs up.
I think we're getting pretty good at the execution part.
@mjackson Bullet Journal helps me a lot. As well as scheduling time for things. One thing that helped click for me on scheduling for myself is treating myself as the person I am meeting with. For some reason it makes me feel more obligated.
