@DrBradJohnson 5th year as a teacher and 4/5 years been given a pink slip due to budget cuts. This profession needs to be more stable so that newer teachers aren't constantly worrying about finding a job. Even 6yr+ teachers also having to worry too. It's a shame the system is set like this.
