@karsten4thmle I’ve used an add-on with some success. There are a few, but I’ve used Choice Limit by AddonForge. Only catch is that if you’ve got multiple profiles within one browser, the add on won’t work. I have to make the Fork in an incognito window to work around this.
My 10 year old’s new life goal is to invent something notable enough to get mentioned on @CNN10. His current plan is to recruit @MarkRober to help him build a prototype of his idea for a car that uses the circular motion of the wheels like a turbine to generate electricity.
I was told (maybe a @BarbByrum Tweet?) that when you complete a ballot early, your name gets updated in candidates databases. You move from potential voter to having already voted. If Dems are more likely to vote early it stands that they are less likely to be polled now.
When I draw the Earth for my 5th graders in science class, I always comment “It’s a pretty sweet Earth” and then chuckle to myself because they won’t get the joke.
@Johnelle_Sweet@JaniceWyattRoss Usually Saturday and Sunday morning/afternoon. Sunday evening I work for 2ish hours grading and getting ready for Monday. Still striving for balance 17 years in.
At our back to school training we are learning about a new safety plan. I don’t dispute that having common language and plans is important, but it’s disgusting how we continue to accept violence in schools as a given.
Oh! When the kids were supposed to come back after lunch, they just…didn’t. In the dream I was convinced the entire class of 25 was playing the most epic game of hide and seek ever.
The back to school dreams started last night. I this one, I had two separate classrooms for my two subjects (math/science), BUT the science classroom had a queen size bed in it and a lively sitting area. 🤷🏻♂️
@HeyListenGames I wonder if it’s a skewed perspective because so much of it was watched from home, alone, during a global pandemic. A couple of those movies didn’t get the same love because of a non-theater release.
