"H-Value" is coming to New York! NYPSC will make H-Value compensation (a modified VDER E-Value) available to legacy hydro 5 MW or less. Interested facilities will register as Community Distributed Generation and as a DER supplier with NYSDPS. H-Value set to 75% of the current E-Value.
