@superdrug beautystore how can you charge my daughter approx £50 for nails, 2 fall off within 24 hours which meant a visit back to the store and a further 3 fall off after 48 hours. How can you justify such a poor product and charge this?
@CostaCoffee Watch out for parking eye cameras at stores they issue fines and @CostaCoffee offer no customer service or support and staff are just rude

@Argos_Online just like to say customer service is absolutely shocking Order placed 2 weeks ago, order cancelled day before its due for delivery with no message to advise just refund through PayPal. Reason cancelled no stick yet still able to order on line for delivery. Ummm

@studio_co_uk Yes looked at DM. You can't give me a reference number and told me it will take 30 days+. That will be nearly 2 months you had my money with no goods to show or no sign of refund. An IT system that doesn't give a reference number for an investigation 😕. Terrible service.
@studio_co_uk Well @studio_co_uk a parcel never leaves you and then I try to get a refund and apparently it takes 30 days for an investigation to take place before any news of a refund. Can only recommend to avoid this company customer service is awful
@studio_co_uk can you please stop putting the phone down and provide details of my refund. Customer service is terrible I have not received my goods, can not get any sense reference a refund, absolutely shocking service. I would recommend people to avoid at all cost.
