During the constructive @ECCO_Meetings , preliminary results of the genomic analysis of *Mrakia* yeast were presented. Also, a poster on NCYs in food microbiomes was showcased. Truly a unique experience! Thanks to all colleagues actively collaborating on this PRIN-PNRR project.
