Qromelife
Executive Produced by Pharrell Williams…
We made this project together last year at a time when I was still dealing with grief and needed to create and express myself. Qromelife is about the journey of me going through tough times in life and getting to the other side through my faith, family and my love for music. We keep pushing forward, we keep shining, we become Qrome..
Thank you to my big brother, @Pharrell, for guiding me and pushing me creatively at a time when I needed it. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this project..you are all Qrome.
Nobody cares HOW MUCH music you put out. It’s about how you promote it.
If you’re not actively investing in marketing and new ways to be discovered, your newest releases will forever go unnoticed. 💯🤫
You dont have to do anything you dont want to...but it is very simple.
Youtube alone with no other promotion is not enough to allow your music to reach it full potential audience. The algorithm has changed. You can release an incredible song and you will still be facing an upward battle to even reach your OWN subscribers.
Now you may not care about maximizing your reach. And if you dont by all means dont do it. But as somebody who has seen the power of short form in action I choose to figure out a path that makes sense for me.
You don't even need to look at our community. The biggest artists in the world are leveraging social media to bolster there releases and content...AND THEY HAVE THE CONNECTIONS.
I struggled with it myself at the beginning, but instead of writing it off I have worked to find ways that make it enjoyable for me.
In short, you don't have to do it. But I work really hard at the music I make, and I want to give it the chance to reach people that don't know who I am. So I get up and I turn on the camera.
Its no coincidence that the person that has been going the hardest in the paint for short form is now having a world wide blowup.
