Bought a premium 2T Panasonic AC from @VijaySales & got an absolute nightmare. Technicians wasted my Sat, came Sun, hammered the frame screws instead of using screwdriver, & punched the unit with hands to force it to fit! Opened/dismantled a brand new AC 3+ times @PanasonicIndia

They also refuse the civil work repair, ignoring @PanasonicIndia guidelines which say they must fix it. Shocking after-sales service!
