Hi @BNS_Management it's been 3 weeks since render from the 7th floor of Airpoint fell onto our 2nd floor balcony. Despite repeatedly contacting you about this issue, it has yet to be made safe and there's a dangerous amount of render still sat on the sun shade. Please respond.
