@Se_Railway I don’t necessarily place blame on you for the short formation either, I place blame for your failing to recognise the dangerous situation and providing passengers options. We sat stationary at New Cross for 20 mins for example, why not give us the option of disembarking there?

@Se_Railway Hi, I bought a high speed ticket for the 7.46 from Maidstone West, which was cancelled a few minutes before its scheduled departure. My only way to get to London on time now is on a non high speed train from Maidstone East. Are you able to refund the difference?
