On 18 Jan ~2:50 AM IST at BLR T2, Lufthansa staff forced CASH payment after refusing UPI & debit cards. Paid ₹10,000 for a bill of ~₹9,937; told ₹63 “cannot be returned.”

Despite receipt, Lufthansa denies responsibility. Request refund.
