@aquariancity @canadaposthelps @canadapostcorp Ok final update on me on this - BBC Shop issued a refund on my order. I'd rather have had the discs, but given its limited release, refund is likely the best I can get. Best of luck as you try to get yours/figure it all out.

@aquariancity @canadaposthelps @canadapostcorp Latest update- I've called BBC. They keep telling me they escalated it and someone will call me. They never do. Today I asked for a refund - they said it would take 24/48 hours to review the file. I warned them I'd be calling back in 48. If that doesn't work I guess chargeback?

@aquariancity @canadaposthelps Spoke to BBC again. They say @canadaposthelps definitely has the package. They hope @canadapost finds it. They won’t contact them though. Also said that after 10 business days we can call again. So that’s Weds Dec 27 if still not delivered

@aquariancity @canadaposthelps I've created service tickets to investigate but no luck yet with @canadaposthelps finding it. I've reached out to the BBC Shop and they're supposed to call me back in the next couple of days. If I learn anything I'll let you know. Hopefully they show up soon...
