@AASuleiman_ @cenbank @OPay_NG I'm facing the the same issue, the crazy part is that they claim money was stolen from Union bank and transferred to a palmpay account. Them from that palmpay account, the money was transferred to me.

Isn't it opays job to audit money coming in?
And again, why freeze my account when it's the palmpay account that is directly involved in this. And the annoying part is that they have the records to be able to trace money back

The most painful part is that I really needed Money at the time and I sold my TV, now it's the money gotten from that transaction they claim is the stolen money that was transferred to me
