On 04/01/2011, my younger brother Kelechi & his friend Odinakachukwu went out to buy chicken feed. My brother was just 11 & this other boy was 13.
A random man asked them to look after some items, unknown to them they were stolen. The man hurriedly left them, moments later before they could even utter a word they were stripped of their clothes, flogged and paraded around the area.

Grown men were parading teenagers to burn them😢😢.
It was two men who recognised my brother and insisted they knew him and that my dad wasn’t living in Aba but in Bauchi. They assumed the man who stole was their father.

I will judge you if you think it’s okay to humiliate thieves. They are wrong but the mob could be more wrong. Imagine God didn’t intervene through that man. My brother would have been killed 11 days before his 11th birthday.
