@jackduk1 @Artemisfornow You can’t digitally mark history essays - yet! I’ve been teaching over 20 years and the job has changed and evolved. It’s good to discuss things that aren’t working. That’s pretty standard in all professions.

@jackduk1 @Artemisfornow I started work at 7.30 and just finished my last book of marking. I make that 7.30 - 8pm 🙄 My first lesson starts at 8.45 and I tend to leave at 4. Come home and complete admin until bedtime.

@Artemisfornow This just means giving teacher a few more hours to complete admin/plan/mark. Still working! Would make a huge difference and enable us to do a better job for our kids. It’s not time off!!!
