I'm 19 and I garuntee I've accomplished more than 98% of people my age, what have you done to better yourself? #D4L

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

It's nice to find out who forgets about you when you do better than them. 💪👌

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

Everyone's excited to go home, but I'm not sure that's where I belong, maybe I should stay away.

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

Made In Iron, those three words mean more to me than I can explain, the gym saved my life and I'll never forget that.

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

No one will understand what you're going through, so learn how to deal with it alone. #Alpha

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

You really find out who still cares about you once you leave..

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

Thank you to everyone who came and saw me while I was home, but I'm off again, see you all in a few months! #USMC

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

The moment you get that EGA everything changes, you realize what you made it through was worth it, and you now have 280000 brothers🇺🇸 #USMC

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

Wisdom teeth coming out tomorrow😁😁

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

I might not go out all the time, but it's simply because going to the gym is my party, no place I'd rather be💪💪

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

None of you fuckers even understand what the Marine Corps stands for, so don't you dare go disrespecting it.

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

I'm not scared to die in the Marines, I'm more than willing to, I'm scared to lose the brothers who will be next to me.. #marines

So I know nothing about fitness? Okay, I'll listen to your opinion when you get off your fat ass and do something with your life.

[Kylee Voeller @kyleevoeller]

I don't understand why people are no longer straight up with you

[Mctweets @McTweets25]

What's depression like? It's like drowning, except you can see everyone around you breathing

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

It's funny when people can't accept the fact that hard work can get you whatever you want in life, don't doubt that.

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

This is so true

[James Hamilton @ndwrestler98]

If you don't fully support and respect our military, then you must really have no idea how much they sacrifice. #Marines

Enjoy the days you have left #GRIND
