Creo que la mejor representación visual de los Targaryen no fue la que vimos en House of the Dragon.

Fue la primera aparición de Daenerys y Viserys en Game of Thrones.

Es cierto que no tenían los ojos púrpura de los libros, pero sí algo más importante. Esa sensación de extrañeza.

Parecían los últimos descendientes de una civilización perdida, no simplemente otra familia noble con cabello plateado.

Y había algo más. Las miradas, las expresiones y esa sensación de tragedia hacían que parecieran personas cargando con el peso de una historia que ya había terminado mucho antes de que nacieran.

Con el tiempo los Targaryen se volvieron más humanos, más atractivos y más familiares. Pero creo que también perdieron parte de lo que los hacía tan fascinantes.

Los valyrios de los libros nunca se sintieron normales. Se sentían como los últimos restos de algo antiguo, marcado por los dragones, las profecías y el recuerdo de un imperio desaparecido.
