Back in '98, during my AmeriCorps days, I had a "wild" idea to thread NYS together, like the Erie Canal did 100 yrs ago w/ an MLK day quilt. 300+ NYS orgs responded. We made 6 massive quilts building a ton of goodwill and press along the way. This was so much fun!

We were so fortunate to learn about Funtown Splashtown USA in Saco, ME, and their two amazing carousels, rides #101 and #102! They were so nice welcoming us to their great park and we can't thank them enough. We will be back next year! #CarouselAdventure

Our 100th Carousel! We just made it to @CanobieLakePark in NH before closing, riding carousel #99, and #100 which was an 1898/1903 classic. What a great crew here, they took the time to celebrate Jack's birthday and our special #CarouselAdventure milestone with us. Thanks!!!
