How do Utah Life staffers party? With Jell-O, of course. We celebrated first issue of Utah Life with Utah-shaped dish of Jell-O. Instead of lime green with carrots, we made custom mix to match the magazine's logo, which closely matches So. Utah's red sandstone. Party on, Utah!
