@HMRCcustomers My mum retired in Sept 25 and in Oct 25 received a tax code change as she apparently owed £327 following her pension lump sum coming in. She hasn't received a bill yet and is very worried that she owes more now. She can't get through in the phone and no internet

@lv I have received an email to renew my home insurance but don't want to do this as I have found a cheaper price elsewhere. I can't find an option to cancel renewal. Does this mean there isn't an automatic renewal? I don't want to pay again.

@HMRCcustomers My mum just retired and has been asked to make a payment. She cannot do this online as she doesn't have photo ID and when she waits for an adviser on the phone the call eventually cuts off. She's finding this very distressing. Please could you help?

@HMRCcustomers I tried the overseas number it worked perfectly fine. Of course, could not get through. She cannot use the internet.

Everyone avoid the account @SLC_chatbot at all costs. They are fraudulent. They will harass you using WhatsApp - they've just tried to call me with a Kenyan phone number. Be aware.
