@wizzair I booked an infant ticket + extra ticket/seat, so my 1 year old can sit on his own seat between us.
Your customer support (which is basically non-existent) is now refusing to refund the infant fee of £58.
The funny thing is that…
Even on my ticket, it says that I need to contact customer support to get that fee back.
There is no one I can reach over the phone (without paying horrendous amount of money per minute) and you customer support just sent me an automatic standard reply to my response.
@wizzair just wanted to check if I want my 1 year old to have his own seat, do I need to book an adult ticket for him and select an extra infant ticket? Are you going to transfer me the infant fee back and who do I need to contact to do so?
@figma I want to log in with browser but get the error “browser out of date”, which is not true as I updated both, safari and chrome. How can I log in, need to get important work done.

@LDNLutonAirport can you sort out the queue for passports who you don’t let through via self service (even tho passports are eligible for it) ASAP. People waiting since over one hour and two people went through. Absolut rubbish and worst organisation ever.
@ASOS I paied for next day delivery and my order is now 2 days late thanks to Evri / Hermes. It’s not the first time this happened and I’m seriously considering not to shop with you any longer as soon as you work with such a crap company.
@LekremCreat@ActiveWCC@w9maidavale Would you rather they book less time and they over run? There was over 300 kids there today which if anything went wrong would mean they would need to spend longer. Maybe you should try using Willesden sport centre instead. It seem the rec is not up to your standards.
@LekremCreat@ActiveWCC@w9maidavale Would you rather the school book 2 hour and then when you turn up run only to be told you need to wait because the school is not finished?
@LekremCreat@ActiveWCC@w9maidavale Okay carol I am not sure I get your point here. "People plan there life in advance" correct, but unless they take a picture of the sign everyday you come to the park you wouldn’t know if the sign had been updated or changed.
@LekremCreat@ActiveWCC it's seem you are the only one with the issue, as we discussed in your last post the track cost £19 per hour how is this "lucrative"? Please can you explain how a model that allows a sporting facilities to be use exclusively by 1000s of kids for 31days of the year is unfair?
@LekremCreat@w9maidavale@ActiveWCC One of the most annoying thing about Pad Rec is that if you are serious about running is people walking, kids playing etc. Prices are set by Westminster & @£19.05 hour not sure it’s a money maker. Of the 31days it is always free 7-8am & after 1600 which gives everyone time access
@LekremCreat@w9maidavale@ActiveWCC I understand that this is not ideal, but the idea of free to use spaces like pad rec track is to get people active which starts with kids. According to the sheet above the track is booked for 31 days over the next 61 days and considering the track is open 360 days a year
