1/ In preparation for our relaunch, we will snapshot $NEB holder balances at block 7780000 (estimated to be on 25th May, 22:00 UTC).

Before then, we recommend withdrawing any $NEB:

- staked in governance
- provided on Astroport/Terraswap
- unclaimed in the airdrop contract

2/ Wallet balances at this snapshot will then be reinstated to holders at Nebula's genesis on the new chain.

Any balance changes after the snapshot block height will not be accounted for.
