I don’t know what is wrong with @T2mobile_ng (formerly etisalat/9mobile). I had an issue as regards my main line which has been unresolved for close to two weeks now. The call center numbers are not going through, no response from their X team.

I went to their physical store and was informed that they’re porting from the old system that the last owners were using to a new one. Is that enough reason to keep subscribers in limbo? The crazy part is that this is my main line…..

@piggyvest Hello @piggyvest my withdrawal date is today and I've been trying to access mt funds for something important all to no avail. I came back to the app this evening and discovered that my withdrawal date has been moved to 31st July 2026. Kindly do something about this.
