So glad to see this judgment.

The false accusations he made were inexcusable. Upchurch said her family launched a hoax regarding Kiely's death to scam people.

Four men in their 20s have been indicted for sexually assaulting and illegally filming a 15-year-old girl who was intoxicated and unable to resist, prosecutors said Thursday.

The Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office on Wednesday indicted two suspects in detention and two accomplices without detention on charges including rape and illegal filming.

Suspect in Murder of Florida College Students Ask CHATGPT About Putting a Person In a Dumpster (court filling)

Hisham Abugharbieh (26) has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Zamil Limon & Nahida Bristy, both 27.
Limon's was Abugharbieh's roommate.

In the court document, a motion filed Saturday seeking to keep Abugharbieh behind bars while he awaits trial.
Prosecutors alleged he asked ChatGPT about putting someone in a dumpster on the night of April 13, three days before Limon and Bristy were last seen alive.

According to the filing, ChatGPT answered that it sounded dangerous, to which Abugharbieh responded by sending another message: "How would they find out."

A roommate of Abugharbieh’s told investigators that he saw Abugharbieh moving some cardboard boxes from his room to a compactor dumpster at their apartment complex on April 17, prosecutors wrote.

A search of the dumpster yielded items belonging to Limon, including a student ID and credit cards with his name on it, the filing stated.

Prosecutors said in their filing that Abugharbieh claimed to have given Limon and Bristy a ride to Clearwater the day they were last seen, April 16.

Three minors terrorized south Austin, Texas over the weekend with a shooting spree.

They stole guns & cars & murderously shot at fire stations, homes, & apartment buildings injuring 4.

All 3 minor suspects have been arrested.

I blame it on nihilism & the lack of parental supervision & control.

One suspect is only 15 years old. Their crimes were unsophisticated. They didn't care if they got caught.

Nihilism- It's a new trend and it is so dangerous.
