Onimusha, Control Resonant, and Fire Emblem this weekend for me....my life is so good
Literally not true. I remember being in middle school in 2011 and if you talked about anime that wasn't Dragonball or games that weren't COD and 2K/Madden you got made fun of.
I legit had a random come up to me and my friends and call us weird because we talked about Skyrim and Naruto. We weren't even the "Naruto running down the hallway" types, we just stood around as a group of friends talking. This happened pretty often too.
Girl-dad here, my daughters are in their early 20s now.
To all the guys out there who society told being a responsible father was a fate worse than death, and who are now getting a glimpse through Pragmata of what fatherhood might be like:
You were lied to hard, sorry bro, being a father is the most amazing thing on earth. But it's not too late, go find a good woman, marry her, raise a family, provide, be responsible, go all in. Be the protector you were made to be.
You've got this, king.
Men get so little genuine affection and empathy that a fictional girl makes them want to have kids because she gives them a glimpse of the kind of love and purpose fatherhood could bring, but you aren't ready for that conversation.
