i didnt get access to the preview sale for special members so i think i will try to get into it bc it really is first come first serve a couple of the sections were alr getting empty and i got there 30mins after opening 😭

Idk man lately over the past few months I’ve been spending less time on this app because I genuinely hate how everyone talks about everything now lol. Everyone is so mean and combative over everything it’s insane.

@velentinesday i got mine as gift during a prime day sale in 2023 for about $110 USD. i dont think they've gotten that low in a LONG time. if you're interested i would look for second hand devices since they hold up pretty well and e-ink technology doesn't advance that far from model to model!

@velentinesday you to upgrade. but also not everyone reads often enough to need all those features so if your phone is working for you thats fine. i got my kindle as a gift and occasionally read on my phone but i think it helped me to read a lot more than before.

@velentinesday shady things so if you do want to purchase one i would research the kubo brand. the books on kindle are a license so you don't own them outright and they have edited books to 'modernize' them. another issue is that they have stopped updating older models/bricking them to force
