Back then, long before Shopify made it easy, I built our entire platform from scratch using Shopware.
But the tech was only half the battle. I learned early on that if you want to survive, you need to build a real brand, not just chase short-lived trendy items.
In this business, my face was-and still is my name.
I put my reputation on the line.
And thanks to the power of social media, that personal trust translated into massive numbers: we were generating consistent five-figure turnovers every single day.
I made my first million in a tiny,
50-square-meter high-street shop selling hookah tobacco and accessories.
Without spending a single cent on ads, we scaled the business completely organically. That was back in 2015, a time when social media platforms still gave you genuine, unfiltered reach... #fckzuck
For nearly ten years, we crushed it. We built an empire and turned over almost 80 million-but then, the government introduced crippling laws that completely ruined everything we had built. Sad but true. Over night, a multi-million-dollar business was gone.๐ฎ
But you can't kill the grind. There's something brand new on the horizon, folks! And to everyone already whispering, "It'll never work".
'.. just watch me.
They can take away your business, they can change the laws, and they can take away what you've built.
But they can never take away your mindset.
When entrepreneurship is in your blood, you will always find a way to build something massive from scratch. The drive doesn't disappear just because a chapter closes. It just gets redirected.
