Cardano will not survive relying on tx fees alone. Cardano needs to launch its own flagship Dex funded by the treasury, no tokens, buy back Ada using fees. Same as hyperliquid, binance etc.. the business model works.

Projects funded by the treasury should airdrop at least 50% of their supplies to ADA holders. Time locked through vesting similar to midnight.

We voted 'No' for the proposal: Cardano Summit 2026 and TOKEN2049 Singapore.

We think that the requested budget is too high and the excess capital would be better spent on existing/building projects on cardano. We think that we should be supporting existing/building projects so that they are production ready, high quality, fully featured etc.. before we do any heavy marketing.

To our loyal delegators, due to the decline in ADA price, we can barely cover the cost of our AWS contract with the current staking fixed and margin fee. Therefore, we regret to announce that we have to return to the original fixed cost of 340 ADA per epoch and the margin fee of 2%. The new fees should be effective by 16th March 2026. To our delegators, due to the diminishing returns on the amount of pledge for stake pool operators, and to make use of the funds we have on our stake pools, we are planning to reduce our pledge to 250k ADA per block producer (per pool). This way we will have the flexibility to deploy our ADA for defi purposes. This reduction will have minimal affect to the rewards you receive from our pools. If in the future, the cardano concensus realigns the staking reward with the pledge amount we will reconsider increasing the pledge again.

The exact date for the reduction will be announced two weeks before the actual reduction so that our delegators will have time to decide whether to stay delegated on our pool or to move to a different pool. Thank you for your attention on this matter.
