10+ years of building products taught me something AI hasn’t changed:
Speed was never the hard part.
Consistency is.

AI can build 20 apps in a week. Without a system, you get 20 apps that look like they came from 20 different people.

So before building faster, I built a design system: one set of themes, colors, and spacing, reused across iOS, Android, web, and Mac.

AI gives you speed. A system gives you a brand.

Building fast with AI has one hidden problem: every project ends up looking different.

So I turned my design system into a reusable skill. Same themes, colors, and spacing across my iOS, Android, web, and Mac apps.

Now AI builds fast and everything looks like it belongs together.
