Many of the same people who shout loudest about “two-tier justice” when the victim is white have had virtually nothing to say about a young Indian mother allegedly killed beside her baby by a white British man.
You’re not fooling anyone. Your outrage isn’t about justice. It’s about race.
And yes, if that’s how you consistently pick and choose which victims deserve your anger, you’re probably racist.
If you advocate for something when not in power, and then refuse to implement it when you ARE in power, you should just be branded fundamentally dishonest and nobody should vote for you ever again.
Yet it seems to be a hallmark of our politicians.
