@RufusWilliam I work in FE and do find being able to work part time family friendly. I do just 2.5 days a week. When I started I did just one 3 hr evening class and have always been able to adapt my hours as my preference has changed.
@RufusWilliam I would like to hear this too. I frequently feel like I don’t do a good job due to not having time or capacity to give as much to teaching as others.
If you have 5 mins and can help me with this YouTube nonsense instructions at the end of this video. It won't take long but will flag the videos to them. Appreciate retweets. If this gets resolved I can get back to making papers!

@adamboxer1 This looks great, and sounds like it would be really accessible for us teacher parents who cannot make the CPD courses that always seemed to be timed for 4pm-6pm during dinner / school and nursery pick up!
@amspEMidlands @Advanced_Maths Thanks, actually just registered, can’t wait to take a look, sounds like a great resource! Glad to hear there is some on demand PD also.
Do you need #CoreMaths topic tests? Look no further!
We’ve just published our first Section Check In test on Modelling. It has worked solutions & an extension activity!

Had a great first #CoreMaths lesson today with my group, looking at some recent news articles, doing estimations and writing down the assumptions we made. Will link to the articles I used (which contain short videos that we watched to set the scene) in the next post 🙂
