@danfrancis02 Thank you for raising this issue. We agree that wheelchairs are often not fit for purpose in enabling people to do the things they would like to do. It is like assuming that everyday life is accessible in one pair of slippers. We also need to think about the needs of the pusher.

Another example of a venue becoming more accessible and recognising that accessibility takes many forms, not only physical disability. On some tours Gallery Educators use sound, movement, touch and smell to bring the stories behind the artworks to life. Thank you 😀#CPTAD2025

We love the Vue Cinema in Bromley. One of the few cinemas to have a Changing Places facility for people who need hoisted toileting facilities or who need more room than a standard accessible toilet. @vuecinemas 😀
