@tescomobile Tried to upgrade online (yes I’m eligible). Took me through entire process only to say I can’t upgrade. Tried your chat and your agent was useless and told me to speak to the upgrade team who are too busy and won’t accept more calls/chats. Should I go elsewhere?

@Tesco have you had any chicken related complaints at all? I’ve noticed a sharp declined in quality of chicken breasts. Having to cut off more and more nasty bits and texture is rubbery. Been last 3/4 weeks.
@champneys First time using your website to order some gift cards today and what a nightmare it was! Kept timing out after seconds due to inactivity when I had literally been purchasing a voucher. I’ve got confirmation email but it doesn’t say much!!! First impressions not good.

@NespressoUK still no coffee and starting to consider getting rid of machine and replacing it with one you can get pods from in shops. Your service is quite frankly shocking. You’ve based your business on deliveries and can’t deliver! Ordered 28th Feb! Got sh*t £10 compensation.

1 week since I ordered and still nothing. Considering getting a Lor machine instead as at least can get there pods at supermarket.
@NespressoUK A company based on people ordering pods online to be delivered cannot afford to have warehouse problems! Been waiting for my coffee for a week. Got £10 credit but doesn’t solve issue. Sort it out!!!!

@MartinSLewis OVO fiasco! They took over from SSE and have completely mucked up the government energy payment scheme (which SSE were running quite effectively). Any other complaints or just me? 🤨
