I had a small pink notebook in my pastry binder at work that I used to write down my prep lists everyday and to write down some quick recipes and when I lend it to someone else to look at, they go and lose it. Nothing makes me angrier than someone losing MY things. How dare they.

My paychecks haven’t been good since the year started only because I’m paying for my own health insurance now, but this week I’m making two cakes for a friend. so with her payment I’ll feel much better. that’s the only thing holding me together 🥹
