#DaraKhosrowshahi; as a victim of noise pollution in NCR, I Suggest UBER to have feedback on drivers on excessive honking. Drivers with no/ excessive honking can be rewarded/penalised accordingly. 30-40% cars on road today with no honking guidelines, will make a big difference.
