Very disappointed service by @NWRailways and @IRCTCofficial. I booked a ticket via the IRCTC app, the payment was successfully debited from account, but the app has been stuck processing for over an hour with no ticket confirmation. Will I receive the ticket or a full refund?

It is very pathetic and unprofessional behaviour I registered a complaint a week back but I didn't hear back and even I am trying to call my dedication RM but they are not picking the call nor calling back while after scheduling multiple times.

But I haven't heard back from HDFC Bank. Also I tried multiple times to connect with the RM as guided but neither I get the call back nor the number is reachable.
