@OneCardHelp It’s been 7 days since I raised my query via email regarding the ₹6,563.77 Wallet Transfer Fee + applicable taxes charged on 3 transactions of USD 3,415 each.

Still no response or resolution.

@OneCardHelp I’m also unable to reach customer care — when I call, I’m told that my mobile number is not registered with any OneCard account.
