"Nova Concert victims sue Israel"

42 victims of the Oct. 7 Nova concert have filed a civil lawsuit against the IDF, police, and Israel's internal security service.

Lawsuit alleges negligence and a failure to act on warnings of a potential security threat.

Several victims have already decided to publicly comment that the Israeli army fired at them out of control. A police investigation also confirmed that many of the October 7 victims were killed by the IDF.

Just witnessed the NYPD wrongfully handcuff and hold a completely non-violent man and then they took him in an ambulance against his will when he explicitly did not consent to medical assistance. I have video of badge numbers and license plates. What do I do? I wish I said more
